I LOVE going to live auctions. There's nothing like it. I have been going since I was a kid, and now, as an adult, I really enjoy going to High Country Auctions. Roger seems to be a super nice person, and he's a very good and entertaining auctioneer. His son Dustin is also a good auctioneer and also entertaining. I have liked every person at High Country Auctions that I have ever met. A great team of people. A day at a live auction is a lot of fun. We introduced our daughter and son in law to a live auction last weekend, and they had so much fun. Plus we all left with some great items and some great deals.

When doing business with people who fast talk for living, make sure to understand the process before utilizing their "services". These guys came out and did an auction at our family home many many years ago. The whole situation ended up dividing my family for many years. I was "friends" with the owner at the time which likely is why my guard was down and when all was said and done, my mom didn't make anywhere near what she should have. Attempted to reach out in talk about things but I guess we were not a priority. Hindsights 20/20 whole thing was pretty shady... Shady enough that our friendship wasn't even a priority anymore.

We've been going to their auctions for years. They are the best we've ever attended. Now we are stopping our ranching operations and moving out of state. We would love to hire them, but can never get a hole of anyone. They never answer their phone or respond to emails. I'm going to try smoke singles next. Rodger or Dustin please contact me.
