I’ve been taking classes at Waves for the last several months and it is my favorite yoga studio on island. All of the instructors are excellent, but Lulu is exceptional! She has an acute understanding of the body and functional movement. I always leave the studio sweaty, more limber and blissful. The sculpt classes are challenging even for the most fit. This community is filled with light and love and peace for the world. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Every time I visit Kauai from CA, going to Waves is a highlight experience! My body loves the infrared heat - very different than a regular heated studio. The classes are amazing with excellent teachers - they’re fun and challenging! I feel more fit and healthier after attending for the past month. Lulu the owner has created a very welcoming, generous of heart studio and community.

Waves yoga is the best!!! Every class I have been to has been amazing. All the teachers are great and the location is so convenient! Lulu is the best yoga teacher I have ever had— I especially love her yoga sculpt class. The music she chooses is so fun and uplifting. Her class is like a big dance party. I always leave her studio feeling 10x better than when I came in. I highly recommend to visitors and locals looking to improve your life and health!

Absolutely LOVE it!! I found Waves last year on my trip to Kauai and the first thing I did when I came this year was go! It’s absolutely the best way to start the day! Lulu is such a beautiful incredible teacher and owner. Her amazing energy radiates through the entire space! I love being able to rent a mat, one less thing to pack! She has everything you will need for rent! All the teachers are great! Waves really is one of my top 3 favorite things about coming to Kauai and getting into the flow of island life! Can’t recommend enough!

Lulu’s dedication to each participants needs, limits, and experience is truly remarkable and one of a kind. Waves creates an environment where I feel comfortable practicing at whatever level I am at. I absolutely love WAVES. It offers so much more than excellent instructors, incredible heated classes, and the hottest, sweatiest, intense workouts you can imagine. WAVES is a community that focuses on mindfulness, harmony, and wellness in all four areas of well-being; mental, emotional, spiritual, and of course physical. Lulu has a magical way of making everyone feel so loved and welcomed. By the time Yoga, Sculpt, or Yin is over, I can’t help but feel regenerated and energized from the inside out.
