Phil has a vast knowledge as a trainer. He pushes you to reach your full potential no matter if you are an amateur in the gym or top of your sport you know that he gives you 100%. He makes you work hard while you are there and I have progressed more with him in this time and he has installed a lot of self belief when training on my own.

I have really enjoyed and benefited working with Phil, he has a knowledge and experience of high performance training across a wide variety of sports. Our training has been around general strength with an emphasis on golf. Genuinely believe he has added 15% on to avg driving distance and given me more control. Would highly recommend. Thanks Phil. I’m the mum of a youth athlete under Phil’s care and I can’t say enough good things for how he is guiding her towards fulfilling her dreams. Their sessions are always focussed on key areas of her sport as well as injury prevention and skills development.
