me (as a minor) I went into the store with my cousin. My mom had sent me to get a product that she knew but didn't know the name as it was in korean. We went to look around to find this particular product and i was on a video call with my mom to see if she found the product anywhere. After a couple of minutes, the lady at the cashier came up to my youngest cousin who was looking around and asked him if he was going to buy something, he responded with nothing since he didn't know what we were looking for and she told him in a rude tone to leave then, she also told us that while looking at the cams, she said we were playing around when none of us were and we were just looking around. My cousin just walked away and I said we weren't. My mom told me to look again once more just in case, and that's when the lady went up to us and told us to stop recording, I said we weren't and that I was on a video call. She continued saying what we were looking for and my mom told me in spanish to then translate for the lady. The lady helped us out but then (in a rude tone) she said that my mom should've came if she wanted to buy something but my mom was busy so that's why she sent us. I then left as we felt uncomfortable and I don't ever wanna go back after what she did. The products are also overpriced. The store is overall bad.

This store is a mini Korean supermarket which sells different types of Korean snacks, ramen and liquor. The most amazing find is they have makgeolli and soju at reasonable price!!! I am from Toronto Canada and I have a tough time finding makgeolli in my city so I find this visit truly amazing!!! It could be a 4 stars experience if they provide clear pricing of their goods, for example, if they put a price label on a bag of shrimp crackers, I definitely wouldn’t buy it because it’s so overpriced.

rudest person i’ve ever met. don’t go there if you have questions because she’s not gonna answer answer unless you buy the item first. wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever.

물건은 다양합니다.
다만, 가격표는 잘 안 붙어있고요, 아이스크림을 샀는데 제조한지 일년 반이 넘었네요. 제조일자를 잘 보고 사야겠어요.

제품이 변질되거나 한 것은 아니에요. 다만, 제조일자로부터 일년 반 이상 지난 아이스크림을 먹은 적은 없어서 먹기 전에 좀 걱정이 되긴 했습니다.
한국에서 오는 제품들이 아무래도 제조한지 오래된 것들이 많긴 해요.

Conveniently located but super expensive

Just like others have said, there is no price indicated on items and you have to go up to the register to check how overpriced their items are. They were charging $8 for a small bag of chips and when my husband decided to put it back, the lady rudely replied in Korean, “Fine, don’t buy. I’ve got a plenty of customers who will pay the price. A man so stingy isn’t useful at all 그래 사지마~ 살 사람 많아~ 남자가 저렇게 쪼잔해서 어디 써먹어” Like c’mon lady, that snack woulda cost $3 MAX at other stores and if you put correct price on items, we wouldn’t even have bothered bringing it to the register. So unprofessional and rude! Will NOT be giving this place business anymore.

Like everyone else I had an extremely bad experience at this place. I’m new here so I just went in for few snacks and I was there were literally no price tags on any of the items. I went to the cashier to ask her about the item and a chocolate was priced $4, for what? I have no idea. Anyways, I got confused to whether get the entire 3 chocolate or no because it didn’t make sense and she started telling me to hurry up and added “if you can’t decide this much then you probably can’t think” implying that I was dumb. Like bro who is she to tell me that when she herself doesn’t know how to run a business and has a complaint from every customer? Also, there was no customer behind me so no one was waiting in line. I wanted to have a good day and take snacks for me and my family and that old woman completely took that away from me. No wonder her shop is old , grey and empty almost every time. She needs proper etiquette and needs to learn that’s not how you deal with customers here. Or maybe she completely lacks empathy and decides to ignore all the bad comments people have about her.
