I have never been so happy that we went to Arrow Ford and drove away in an incredible Explorer with all the bells and whistles. WOW!!!! What a wonderful group of people!!! The team at Arrow ford welcomed my family and me with open arms and made buying our 2024 bronco sport a breeze!! Doug and Mandy were so polite and professional. Never did I think a car salesman would be so knowledgeable about a vehicle. Also Mandy made us feel like close friend with her bubbly personality. A couple of weeks ago, I was in an unfortunate deer vs car accident. My van was totaled, I needed a new vehicle ASAP. I had been looking online for ideas, of vehicles that would fit my family busy schedule and long distance trips to Wisconsin. I remembered a conversation I had with Doug a few months ago when we ran into each other at my job, that he was at Arrow Ford. I decided to go to the dealership and look for Doug. I had showed him a SUV that was on the website but it was sold already. He worked his magic and found a 2020 ford explorer within my payment availability and the color I wanted. I was able to drive my new (to me)vehicle home the same day. Just want to say thank you to Doug Slack for helping get the vehicle I needed and not pressuring me to something I couldn’t afford. Thank you to Jeff as well for helping us with financing.

Received a call on a Monday from Scott with Arrow Ford. He was very friendly and invited me to come look at the 2024 F150 XLT Texas edition I viewed on the website. I arrived earlier than scheduled to test the waters as this was my first time at Arrow. To my surprise, Scott was ready for me. The truck was already out front by the statue as well. Scott showed off the truck and all it's features very well. The test drive around the town was smooth as glass. Inside Arrow, we got down to business with numbers. We crunched numbers for over an hour maybe more. I was not making it easy, I never do. Scott had Andrew sit down with us so we could go over a few options. We worked things out after another hour of crunching the numbers. Andrew was able to get me further discount with a rebate I had no clue I would qualify for. At this time it was dark outside and the dealership had been long closed. I was shown upstairs and met with Jeff to make it official. Jeff could have easily ran my credit, collected my down payment, and sent me on my way. Instead Jeff went over the in house coverages Arrow offers and gave me these options before we got too far. Some adjustments were made and the plans I wanted were added within my budget. We made the deal around 9:30 at night, making this a 5 hour process. Not once was I rushed nor did I feel I bothered them with the time it took at all. I shook hands with Jeff and met Scott back down stairs. At almost 10 at night he was showing me more features and helping me move things from my trade in. I requested to have the detail done 2 days later which was not a problem at all for them. Scott even took me to work and brought to truck to me before noon. Absolutely amazing purchase experience with the team at Arrow Ford. Looking forward to the oil changes for life and chatting with the team again.

On Monday, I took my jeep in to be serviced for a leak I was experiencing. Originally Nate M. checked my car in. Throughout the week I received very little to no communication unless I reached out. And the communication I did have is through text only. Then on Friday at 9:32 am, I receive a text saying that the part needed has no eta. I respond at 9:38 am asking if I can have my car back- no response at all. On Tuesday morning I sent a follow up text about getting my car back and if they were able to fix the cracks in my windshield that I requested as well at time of service. I receive a text that I can get my car back at any time just for it to be followed up with that they are just now getting my car into the quick lane for the cracks. So obviously my car has been just sitting there for a week and half. Later that day I receive a call from Joe R that he was able to do my windshield and my car is available for pick up. When I go up to the cashier girl to pay I asked about my jeep part and what to do from here. She had to go and find out by asking Nate and came back with the response that he told her which was that I basically had to find the part on my own but they can install it. The whole time I’m asking her questions not once did Nate come up to me and explain or say literally anything at all to me about him having my car the past week and a half. Instead he was sitting on his phone not even a foot away from us. It seems like Nate passed this issue off to the cashier girl. However, Joe did take the time to show me what he repaired on my windshield and even helped explain what Nate should have done. Then when we open my car we noticed my mounting knobs are gone and that my driver side floor was very dirty. Joe immediately apologized and helped me install my knobs back. Throughout the check out process the cashier girl and Joe profusely apologized to me for my experience which I appreciate but it was neither of their faults. Joe and the cashier girl were amazing and beyond helpful and I am thankful they were there. If it wasn’t for them this would’ve been one of the most awful experiences.

I went in to make a trade on a newer F-150 than what I had. I gave Roy the specifics on what I was looking for and he absolutely delivered in everything he said he would do and got me the best deal possible. He answers phone calls and text messages very promptly and goes above and beyond for his customers. Arrow was determined to get me in the truck I wanted as smoothly and quickly as possible. Had a great experience at Arrow. Reid (sales), Jeff (finance) and Donna (accessories) were fantastic. Upfront pricing. No pressure or surprises. They were friendly and efficient. Added a step and bed cover and they had it ready within 24 hours. We purchased a previous vehicle out of town and had the opposite experience (surprise costs, meh service and forced us to purchase a fake warranty). We won't be doing that again. Arrow Ford is where we plan to go for any Ford from here on out. I highly recommend.
