Really lovely staff and shout out to Rob, night manager for finding me a gift that I saw someone else with but didn't know where abouts it was in store. Excellent customer service at 7 30am !

Orderd online with express delivery. The delivery was later than what time was stated.I was missing items went online for refund and got refused. I also sent a email with a receipt from Tesco whoosh to prove I had to reorder these items. Was unable to check my shopping as the delivery man shoots off very quickly when he handed over bag.

Popped in to get a fresh cream cake selection for work at 08:30, not one member of staff said hello or morning. After making the purchase as I exited and the trolley stopped dead at the exit doorway tearing my thumb cuticle skin off. The security guard then laughed and scanned the front wheels and just said, haha it will work now. After I escaped I won't be back!!!

Went to the cafe with daughter who has a 4 month old. We were greeted by 'put your pushchair here"then "people don't clean up' complaint from the staff. I went to the till and was told there's not enough room for pushchairs here. But they serve baby food? And why are pushchairs not allowed? We weren't allowed a teapot because they have to wash them up. I asked for the over 60s mince pie and a drink but when charged she said doesn't include hot chocolate. I was directed to poster that said terms and conditions but no terms and conditions. All in all very rude staff and not a pleasant experience.

Went to the cafe with my daughter, first two dishes asked for they didnt have, no sausage rolls either told to get one from the store, asked for an all day brunch but had no bacon gave us an extra sausage one of which was over cooked as was most of the food, so no point in having the extra, no spite and hardly any drinks in the fridges to choose from, only two staff on who didn't seem to have any idea on how to deal with customers, had to ask for cutlery and vinegar. The place is uninviting and was dirty, old tables and chairs dont think this place as had a revamp in years, the windows where dirty inside and out. The only thing that compensated was kids meal was £1 , but this will NOT make me return. I have noticed just lately visiting a few different asda's for a variant things the service as gone downhill, come on Asda what the hell is going on

Had a click and collect and the service was terrible the lockers had been removed and there was no signs to let you know where to go. When we eventually found it we had to wait over 20 mins for the order and even more the subs they made were not suitable so we left them and now they are refusing to refunds the goods we never had. Asda has seriously gone down hill. How can they legally keep the goods and refuse a refund. Will be taking this further and never shopping with Asda again the rob dogs

This store has waste products left on the shelves. There’s a pack of steak and potato slices dated 5th of feb and it’s still there as of 12th feb in the toy aisle as you walk in. Literally meat left out to spoil for days!! How does this unnoticed

Men's toilets closed due to vandalism and the female toilets has doors ripped off. Items on wrong shelves, store needs a deep clean. Definitely needs sorting out.
