Wife and I were shopping for a nice, safe, car for grandsons upcoming bday. We had been to a dozen lots and every car was either very high priced or had 250,000 miles. The Honda was perfect, although Chapman was in process of fixing several safety issues on it. The sales woman, Kendra George, couldn't have been nicer, and extremely knowledgeable. Answered any questions easily, and never did I feel like I was trying to be up sold on any add ones. I would gladly buy another vehicle from Kendra at Chapman on 22nd street. Beginning the first time I called, I was tended to with professionalism and direct information and felt supported for my car need. Upon arriving to service, Chris was outstanding in his ability to listen, knowledgeable about the service I needed, and was just a personable employee. Listening to his conversations with other Chapman Honda employees, it was evident Chris is respected, has a problem solving mindset, and has excellent ability to facilitate the work with other service employees. This made me feel confident in my choice to be serviced at Chapman.

Joshua Phillips was absolutely amazing!! I was looking online for a car for a while and visited many dealerships. I have had many terrible experiences at alot of dealerships, but I never experienced Honda Chapman so I gave it a shot. I was blown away by the hospitality and customer service I recieved! I spoke on the phone with Joshua and he gave me all the information I needed over the phone and he even offered to bring the car I was looking at to the dealerships closer to me.
I ended up changing my mind on the original car choice and Joshua never once changed his personality and always had my best interest in mind. I was happy to pick out a new car with him and he walked me though the whole process and was very clear and concise with everything we talked about.

One of the most reasonable car buying experiences I’ve had! Had to drive 5 hours for a truck they had in stock, the GM Eric was courteous and helped me reserve the vehicle so I could see it. Then when I arrived I worked with Tyler Fellner in the used cars sales department who helped me get the deal I needed to make the sale. No hard pressure sales tactics, gave me what I wanted for my trade and got the deal done. These guys were class acts, and made the experience very simple and quick. The Honda Service Team are awesome. Friendly, professional and make you feel welcome. I bought my Honda at this dealership in 2015 and moved away in 2018. I moved back to Tucson and they were able to pull up all my service records history based on the VIN as I had taken my car to another Honda dealer for all periodic maintenance (never had a mechanical problem with my Accord ? in the 9 years I have owned it). They provided me an Uber to get home so I didn’t have to wait and the return ride when it was ready as well. I received texts for results from their all points inspection as well as copies of the estimate. I was able to pay online and download any docs I wanted to print for the service. Alexandra (Alex) was wonderful as well as the fellow who greeted me when I arrived. This dealership will be “home base” for my Accord for as long as I own it.
