I've been going to this doctor for more than 5 years now and every time I'm there I have to wait for a long time to be seen. Today I just had it. I had a 2:30pm appointment and I got there at 1:45pm and at 3:14pm I still haven't seen the doctor. I got up and told the front desk I'm leaving because I have another appointment. Doctor Martinez was there and his response was 'you have a 2:30 appointment and booked another appointment. Instead of apologizing because of my long wait, he questioned how can I have another appointment. I thought his response was rude and he didn't care that I was waiting for like 45mins. He's making it seem as if once you have a 2:30pm appointment, you can't book another so you will have to wait on him for however long it takes

other reviews that said this dr is RUDE are 100% accurate. He is jealous of Dr Frydman and told me in our visit that he is more experienced than Dr.Frydman. This was as a result of another patient who was a little upset that they couldn’t see Dr. Frydman and they offered Martinez as a backup. He should work on his tone and the way he talks to people and maybe then he would become a first choice dr. I went for a visit and he prescribed me pain med and a muscle relaxer no script for PT but a month later I go back for same issue and he says I didn’t go to PT well he didn’t prescribe it. Asked him to write script for MRI and explained I needed it reviewed ASAP he neglected to put STAT just don’t waste your time. People deserve a DR who is not only thorough but one who cares about his patients this man is no DR he just has the title. Nothing good comes of people like him as he is supposed to be the one to help not cause stress and that is all I received. Some of his staff take his side guess because they need a job! he is upset and carries that attitude as he services the patient’s that can’t the main Dr in the office. By the way I have been going to this office over 19 years and 3 experiences with this dr has caused me to change doctors.

Tried going to a doctor closer to my house and immediately had to switch back to this office. The staff is friendly and Dr.Martinez is very thorough with his patients. Highly recommended.

I'll stick with his Associate Dr. Jared Frydman who is 5 stars all the way. I don't know if Martinez had a bad day or what when I saw him, but I don't stand for rudeness in any Services rendered!
