As a veteran I'm older, 45 yo, and the 1 woman with a heavy accent at the desk is completely and totally rude and condescending to older visitors. Anytime I suggest that something should be done or cleaned up whether in the locker room or on the gym floorshe rolls her eyes and says someone will get to it. I thought it would be cool to work out so close to the base but she doesn't care for customers who are veterans who wear veteran t-shirts and caps. Much better gym and nicer employees at front desk at Gold's off Hwy 151.

This used to be a good deal. Sadly not anymore. I joined again after covid only to be disappointed that I can't swim here anymore.

Their location right next to the base was a big attraction the main reason I chose Gold's vice other gyms. But if I have to drive to other Gold's locations to swim, it's no longer worth it. I'm looking for another company altogether.

If you all bring back the pool, let me know, and I'll come back.

I have been a member of this gym for many years, and it still is a dependable gym for a decent workout. The only negatives about the gym is that it is one of the smaller gyms, so when it's busy, it's hard to get equipment. It also doesn't have enough Step-Mills and the showers have to be turned on for a long time before you can get some warm (not hot) water to flow. Any who...despite some of the negatives, it it still a decent place to workout during none busy hours.

Give it a 3 stars due to the fact most of the equipment is broken, theater room only has 1 good tread mill the rest don't work, same with the reg floor equipment only certain machines work. Other than that clean gym lots of weight machines friendly staff. Usually empty when I go so can't say if it's always pack.

Do not enter this gym. Road 2 hours from austin to come to this gym that they call the best just to be treated rude by two women in from desk. Don’t ever come here

Changed my rating to a two star. From day one there is either no hot water in the men's shower or no water pressure. Took me literally 15 minutes to shower with the trickle coming out of the shower head. Going to check out LA Fitness soon.
