H mart가기전에 길 건너 빵집에 잠시 들렀는데 5분 사이에 차가 견인되었네요. 200불 내고 참기름 하나 샀습니다.. 종종 이 Hmart에 방문했었는데 다시는 방문 못하겠어요. 언제 어떻게 견인될지 모르니까요. 견인 경고 문구를 나중에 봤는데, 너무 높이있고, 글이 많아서 눈에 들어오지 않았어요.

The store is well organized and clean, and all staff are amiable.
Every year, I take my students to H-mart to experience Korean food and culture, and we always have a great time.
I highly recommend this location!

I see a review below by another customer 10 months ago who experienced the same issue as my parents did on their recent visit to this location. I usually only leave positive reviews but need to share their experience as they are unable to.

The new security guard who is employed at this location was extremely rude to my parents. He treated them with severe disrespect. When they entered the store, my dad had his backpack on his shoulders. The security guard called them over with his index finger as if he were calling a child or a dog. He then pointed to the small, tiny sign at the entrance and told my dad to leave his backpack.

While my parents understood that the new policy was in place due to shoplifting, they were greatly offended by the way he called them over. My dad decided to leave because he was frustrated. To his dismay, the security guard muttered "You can't read?" and accused him of being illiterate. That is very offensive, and again, extremely disrespectful. The security guard did not even apologize.

H-Mart is supposedly a place that represents all Korean-Americans - and founded by hardworking immigrants. Furthermore, what if the customer he spoke to actually was illiterate? What kind of damage would have he caused?

My mom called the location herself to complain. They refuse to do nothing. Your so-called “customer service” rep was also RUDE and dismissive. She also did nothing on the phone and told my mom to email. Does your company focus on just the concerns of those who are tech savvy? And just to those who can use email? Do the concerns of older people not matter? This is highly embarrassing for a company with such a large presence in this country.

By the way, if you’re going to leave a generic comment to email your customer service, save it. We did and no one responded.

DO NOT GO HERE.

피노키오에서 만든 김밥 오늘 아침에 156가 h마트에서 샀는데 먹고 배탈나고 고생하네요. 다들 조심하세요. 직장 가서 점심으로 먹었는데 김하고 밥이 흐물흐물해서 몇 개 먹고 버리는데 음식 관리 좀 잘합시다. 사진 첨부합니다. 다시는 못 먹을 음식이네요
I bought the kimbap made by Pinocchio at 156 H Mart this morning, but after eating it, I got an upset stomach. Everyone please be careful. I ate it for lunch at work, but the seaweed and rice were soggy that I only ate a few pieces and threw them away. Take care of your food well. Attach photos. This is food I can never eat again.

저도 오늘 H마트 가려고 차 주차했다 토잉 당했습니다. 장 먼저 보려다 잠깐 은행 먼저 갔다오자고 생각하고 갔다 왔는데 차 토잉당해서 자메이카에서 150불 내고 찾아왔습니다.
차 찾으러 가서 고객은 2시간 파킹 가능하다고 써 있었다니깐, 그거랑 상관없이 주차장에 차 세워놓고 다른곳 가면 시간 상관없이 토잉한다고 하네요.( 후에 확인해보니 사진 찍어 확대해서 봐야만 보이게 주의문 써있긴하더라고요) 혹시 황당하게 당하시는 분들 계실까 싶어 글 남겨 놓습니다. 저도 미국 살면서 처음 겪은 일이라...

-Bought some chicken wings that said it was good for another week and it went bad the next day after I bought it..?
-Also bought a some box of raspberries that were already going spoiled
Rated 4 star now. Still a good grocery store, just check expiration/ best by dates and look at the fruit carefully before buying

I’ve been seeing some reviews saying that prices are expensive here but I’ve been here a few times and compared to Skyfoods, the produce here are better and reasonably priced. It’s the just the meats that can be pricey. But sometimes they have deals.
I like shopping here for large grocery hauls because it’s less crowded, cleaner, and I can find most, if not everything, I need.
As with the cashiers, I’ve never had a rude one yet. I don’t care if they say hi to me or not, I have a toddler with me so the faster they are, the better haha

The sale price of Korean products or fruits and vegetables is so good at the store. I can trust Korean products.
