So my experience was ok i was not impressed with the service i received with a 60$ Gold pedicure if you get the service you expect it to be worth the cost but this Young man was probably the worst person i ever received a pedicure from he wasn't a bad kid he just didn't seem like he didn’t even want to touch me the vibe in the place had me on edge and just from that i probably wouldn't return! I spent 150$ on my hands and feet and walked out of there disappointed

I had a wonderful experience today at hi nails. I decided to get a honey spa pedi followed by a dip manicure. Both nail techs did a very thorough job. The whole process was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep in the massage chair, 10/10!

We absolutely love coming here. Every 3 weeks me and my daughter (Summer) come get our nails done. They are always are so sweet and kind. They always do such a good job! Highly recommend going! We will definitely be keeping our mom/daughter appointments every 3 weeks for sure!

This time, she needed a new set, and her nails are so small and always so hard to deal with. She has anxiety about them and they always make her feel so confident and comfortable about them. She is so happy. We can't thank them enough ❤️

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

My first time here and I was given a gift card at my baby shower that was supposed to be for a mani pedi - they said it only had 25$ on it , I was not going to argue I don’t speak there language. What do I do find owner of gift card and fight it …
But let’s talk service
The pedicure was awful she barely scrubbed my foot yes it’s a basic but it shud not mean don’t scrub or get the white off my feet.. she shaped my nails all uneven. I was having a hard time sitting for this. Then we go to have her do my nails (I’m scared at this point)
Anxiety so high , she begins to file my rite hand I can tell they are not even she then takes my left and I see close up my rite hand I said please stop I don’t like this at all, she said excuse me
I said all my nails are different sizes
She said to me which one I like
Omg did she just ask me which one
Yeah because each nail was a diff shape
I was so stressed out it was my first outing after having my baby and what a terrible anxiety filled lousy experience.
I Got up paid the 10$ on top of the gift card and 2$ for tip (for her time) and left
I felt bad and didn’t even want to pay or tip bc it was not worth even a penny of my money. But I don’t know if she would be paid at all, The tech should just be retrained to show her how to shape and do them rite.
I feel they should have not even charged me.

They charge all this extra upsell pedicures so they get out of doing the actual basic pedicure , which you pay for so you should still have your feet scrubbed that is the whole point. I didn’t go to just have a feet wash -_-

They are so friendly and kind. My nails came out so good, better than I expected. They have so many colors to choose from. They treat their customers after with a relaxing hand and neck massage. It’s overall a good place to go when you just want a day off and relax.

Got paraffin wax and massage which was extra comfort on it...
