All 5 star reviews are apparently from the staff themselves, they are completely fake. They sell cars with a laundry list of problems and sell a fantasy of being able to fix those problems in a timely manner. Note that most of these "fixes" are unfixable. This place is an absolute joke, selling junk cars and making false promises. They should be out of business

Update: After writing my review, I check their page and now they have several "5 star" reviews. How sad that they make employees write fake reviews to take real feedback from real customers.

The car had a lot of problems during the purchase, they said it was no problem and they have a garage and they will actually fix it for me. They don't agree to fix it and only tell stories. They buy the cars from auctions, finished cars full of problems, clean them a bit and sell them. It's better to go to a normal place and pay another $4000 or $5000. And it's definitely worth it than buying a car that can't be bought and sitting in garages

1. Get a printed quote. I specifically asked the total out the door all in with registration, fees, etc.  When I came back at the end of the week, they knew I was in a rush, at the purchase the price increased $900. The finance guy straight up lied to me. He said "this is the price we talked about".  I called my father who was with me at the time of quoting and he verified my price was correct.
2. NO warrantee at this dealer.  While I signed that there's no warranty, 100 hundred miles after I left the dealership the engine warning light came on. When I got home I checked it with my own code and it said both low oil pressure warning and high oil pressure warning. This means they cleared the codes before I bought it.
3. They promised to help me find transport of the vehicle out of state. I left messages, but no one called me back.
4. They said they filled up the vehicle, but when we picked it up it was 2/3 full.

Phenomenal !! I came all the way from Chicago to get the car I wanted Luciano and Giorgio are the best! Helped me out a lot and never gave up on making sure I got the car I wanted came in the same day and left with the car the same day! With no problems

They promised to order and install the small detail parts that was missing on the outside (also the hood lever and center storage), if I make the purchase and it’s been a month today. The bald head manager literally walked away from me and ignore me when I came back to the dealership to tell them that the 2017 BMW X4 I brought from them 2 weeks prior stopped with me on the high way (I95).
