My husband purchased three cars from this place everything was good. I even referred a couple people to them because I was satisfied with the service. So my husband was in a car wreck we got the car in October of 2023 for 7500 thinking he would be able to get into it but he couldn’t stand up to get in because it sat up too high. So I called in July and asked what my trade in value you would be they lady in office told me half of what I paid. I’m like that’s cool even though the car has barely been drove I thought I might get more no biggie. So I paid it off yesterday and he tells me he will give me 1500 at best 2000 and was told that it goes by blue book value and not what I paid for the car and he was going to talk to the ladies in the office about them telling me that. I’ve had for 10 months barely drove it. Put an alternator on it within the first week of me buying it also put new brakes and had to put lights in cause they didn’t work (not a problem) Just out of curiosity i took it to another car dealership and was offered 3750 for a trade in and then wondered why he showed 1500 for trade in while another car lot showed 2,300-4,300 for trade in and I was offered 3750 it made me think at the point he was trying to screw me. It’s all good glad that I followed my first mind and didn’t do it although I really wanted a car my husband could get in it’s all good I’ll just be patient

Buying my car was made easy. There were a few hiccups but they were resolved and every one was smiling in the end. Very polite employees. Has some decent vehicles with good prices. I would recommend!

This place sucks now, I bought a truck from here a few years ago so I THOUGHT there would be some type of loyal customer appreciation but I was WRONG...I bought another truck recently and in the week the front end went out. I had to replace a steering knuckle, axel shaft and wheel hub. I knew I got it cheap from a used car dealership so I wasn't too mad then a couple weeks later the back end starts going out too. I called the dealership to see what we can do about it but all the guy wanted to offer was a "discount" from his mechanic that should've caught the issues in the first place. I went the next day to talk with the owner and he wasn't even there so I dropped off the truck and keys. They never called text or emailed me about it. I basically paid 2k down-payment 1k for repairs so 3k to rent a busted truck for a month...stay away from this place and save your money!
-These dudes respond to our bad comments with lies...I'm pretty sure we would all be happy to make payments for a vehicle that works. I never said I couldn't pay, I said I WOULDN'T pay for the repairs and car payment. I have receipts and pictures of the bad wheel bearings. Stop lying and just accept the bad reviews.

I was told the car was in great working conditions with no leaks(convertible) and no mechanical issues with only minor cosmetics. After a 2 hour drive, the car was completely different from the pictures. He told me then that he never actually checked the car out, just bought it. The top didn’t close completely or open at all, the interior was falling apart and missing pieces, the spoiler was a different color, a tire was flat, and the car didn’t even make it out of the lot before it died on the test drive.

First of all I didn't offer $6000. You had a different Chrysler 300 being advertised for 6k but had already sold it then tried to sell me that ate up critter damaged Chrysler you overpaid for. Now you going to post lies and all telling me to grow up when you couldn't handle a bad review because you couldn't dupe a disabled man.

I purchased a 2012 Chevy traverse with cash 3 weeks after the fuse box and ECU failed. Called multiple times and was denied any service from hi-tech. Fortunately I have mechanic skills. Side note hi- tech had the incorrect tires and 2 different sizes. It’s is a shame I purchased this vehicle for my Navy Sailor.

Went there originally with $6000, had a emergency was left with $5600. They didn't want to deal with me on a car that had clear critter damage (claw marks, ripped/torn insulation/firewall, etc.) under the hood. I don't care how many miles are on it, critter damage in an engine compartment always has unseen damage that will have to be dealt with. AS IS means AS IS.

Bought my car not even 3 days ago and I am already broken down. Radiator is busted on it and there is oil in my coolant reservoir, now I can’t go a block without it overheating. DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS FROM THESE DUDES.
