Les doy 1 estrella para poder opinar porque no la merecen, $2500 por repararme la transmisión, 1 año de garantía , desde los 4 meses después de reparada siguió el mismo problema ,me dijo que la llevara para revisar el nivel de aceite, en fin boté mi dinero y la f-150 2011 siguió en lo mismo, cuiden su dinero y busquen verdaderamente profesionales.

We were towing our 30ft travel trailer from Key West to Miami and the overdrive in the transmission went. It was Friday night at 5:30 when I called and spoke to Tom the owner. I was amazed someone even picked up. He couldn't have been nicer and listened to my issue. He told me to drop the truck off on Monday morning at 9am and he had everything in stock as they rebuild these all the time and would have the truck back to us on Tuesday evening before close of business? We were skeptical but we were stuck. We dropped of the truck and checked in a couple of times with Tom, and he said everything was on track. He was still very pleasant even though I know I was being a pain!! He kept his word and had the transmission rebuilt and reinstalled by close of business on Tuesday. Charged us exactly what he quoted on Friday night!! We are still on the road headed home to RI and the transmission is working like new!! Tom you are a gentleman and a great transmission man!! Thank you!

Worst transmission shop, Hi tech attempt to fix the transmission several times and had no luck in getting it right one year later transmission failed and no reverse, contact the owner many times and he brush us off.

I don’t usually do this but I feel the need to help others. Very simple , the owner very good guy and very helpful. but , Experience wise not recommended at all . Lack of knowledge, warranty not recommended either . At the end please be very cautious in this kind of places . Car was never fixed and after 3500 that we paid to this business , we ended up paying over 8k at Ford dealership to get car fix and repaired all

So I actually had work done here on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport. The work was done a few weeks back but I wanted to make sure the work lasted before putting up my review. The owner and workers were amazing, they took good care of my vehicle and were extremely fair with pricing, we hit a couple snags in the road but Hi Tech Transmission took care of everything and had me back on the road in no time. I’m very happy with the work done and will be returning for any future transmission work I may need.

Honest reliable and hard working family own business in which I highly recommend. Father and sons are amazing and get the job done at a great price. The younger son Tommy is a genius really knows his craft super knowledgeable
It's a one stop shop they even do welding in house. I hardly reccommend any one but these guys I had to reccommend they are that good. It's great to know that there still are very reputable businesses out there who do good work at reasonable prices and that there honest.

Tom is the most honest mechanic we've EVER met.

He rebuilt the transmission on our Ford expedition about 2 years ago and it's running great. However, what caught our attention the most was when we started having problems with our other car. He looked at it over a year ago and told us that the transmission did not have any major issues and just serviced it.
Again, today we had him check it out and he told us that we had the option of either getting it done now or just waiting until it really needs to be repaired. Any other mechanic would have just scared us into getting it fixed immediately.
Tom is friendly, respectful and reliable. My husband and I greatly recommend HI Tech Transmission.

The guy is awesome. He gave me an upfront quote and told me about the businesses around and how are they were as well. Thomas was straightforward with me from the get go and I wouldn't recommend anybody else for my transmission work. He believes in customer service. That's always priority.
