Do not come here !! This lady stopped my washer because the water was over flowing. I took the stuff out and put it in another one and ask her to start it she told me no I need to put it back in the broke one. Then refuse to help me because I said no I don’t have another 40 mins to wait for a broken machine. She laughed and went to help help this Hispanic.

You guys please do not expect any real professional help or any common courtesy from this company if you have a problem at their place of busines.
They do not answer or reply the next day if you leave a message or reply.
Their machines locked my clothes inside and I am without all my white belongings. They don't respond in a timely manner if you call them and leave a message, text, or inbox them on social media. I've left videos and messages and they ignore me at every try. Don't come here and spend your money because they are rude and don't care about your problems, just your money.

It’s my first time here, i came by about 1045pm, on a Thursday night.

Open 24/7 which i like, convenient location, close to i-45, large size parking lot, medium/large size gas station right next door & theres a door inside that connects to the gas station, one stall bathroom for each gender, a lot of chairs inside for seating, one big black leather massage chair, about 9 different folding tables, lots of trash bins, quite a few of arcade game machines for the kids, a few TVs, lot’s of ceiling fans which i love, a few handicap parking spaces, & lots of laundry baskets with wheels & a rack.

I just didn’t know, if you’re paying with cash, then you have to load up a Laundry Card that requires a $1 non-refundable price to just get the card.
I’ve been to 3 different laundromats in Houston & this one is the most pricey one I’ve been too, over $2.00 for one load in the washer. With my dryer i chose, it was $0.25 that only allowed 8 minutes, so i did 4 different loads in the dryer.

The dryer is going to be clean constantly, washing machine need a better shine. To have a great service you have to have a great machine that's presentable. Please keep the land dryer cleaning all types of people could have proper dry for the proper time they pay for.

Horrible Experience!! Washers and dryers are not always working well and carts are never available when needed! No one speaks English and very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I really appreciate the conveince of having a 24-hour washateria and being able to wash ANYTIME I want. I know some people like myself work on a 24 hour schedule and work nights and just don't have the time or energy to wash before 8p. The customer service is awesome the attendant is always able to help when needed.

This is my GO TO for late night cleaning (2am). Machines all work, and the prices are good. Pretty clean. Bathrooms can use a little work, BUT overall, this place is great!
