STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!!!

I have been going to the shop for months. I had become a regular in fact , that’s why I didn’t bother to check my vape before I walked out the door.
I was sold a completely used vape with a 20% battery.!! The original box was packaged with the dead vape as well as the wrapper and removed mouthpiece. I called back extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager I was told “NO”. When I told the employee I would be coming back he hung up on me. I then called my credit card company in tears explaining to them that this looks like I’m the one who used the vape and re-packaged it since I’ve made charges there before. my credit card company believed me and is investigating the situation I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well. These people literally STOLE FROM ME! I again tried to call, highlife and asked to speak to whomever has the authority to make this right, and I was yelled at and accused of doing this myself. Avoid this place at all costs and if you must shop here please, for the love of God, check that everything is in order before walking out the door because their corporate policy of “no refunds” protects the employees that steal from customers!!!

My boyfriend and I go to High Life religiously and we love it there. Great selection and adding new stuff all the time. Jazmine is our absolute favorite. She is super friendly, super helpful, and super knowledgable about the products!

AMAZING selection- friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff! Christian and Michaela were beyond awesome in helping us find the right glass piece to bring home. They took their time with us and exceeded our expectations as far as customer service was concerned. The shop itself was clean, neat and tidy with everything displayed in an easy to find layout with everything you could need and then some. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for new glass!

Do Not Shop Here!!! The manager is rude only pays attention to male customers ignores any and all female customers. And when I walked in they were talking about school shootings. How can you have a conversation like that in a business. Will never be going back.
