My experience with HR2 was beyond disgusting. Yesterday I was working on a roof top at Colonial Plaza. The driver showed up and lift stretched out to roof, he simply removed it and loaded into truck leaving me on roof. I asked him if he was really leaving me on roof and his reply was “I told them I was taking it” by them he ment the GC and my partner. Of course I called head quarters and all they did was justify with lies the driver’s actions treating all 3 onsite as liars. Nothing was solved. Never will we rent from them ever! Would strongly suggest not renting from them, they lack customer service, professionalism and responsibility. I hope I can post video of incident. 8-16-18 they are just not customer service oriented.
