This hotel was very clearly transitioned from an older run down Motel. Upon arriving in the parking lot it gave motel vibes, however once we made it to our room I was shocked to see newer fixtures, molding, sink basin in the bathroom, and many higher end hotel features. All these reviews about not having mini fridges or microwaves or disdain for remote check in are really silly. Unfortunately for these folks this is the way the world is going. I've been in the hotel business for over 15 years as a manager, and though I have gotten out of it recently I always feared the day that a kiosk or remote check in would eliminate the need for an agent on property 24/7. This hotel is in a safe location, beautiful drive here, close to a few little locally owned shops and restaurants. Notably, we didn't set off the alarm with the shower steam, and neither did anyone else. I'm sure it's sensitive but I'd rather it work than the alternative. Someone complained about weed smell, it's legal nearly everywhere now I'm not sure what the hotel can do about people smoking, anymore than Walmart can stop folks from smoking it in their parking lot. Also notable, I am NOT a weed smoker and also don't enjoy it, but I'm not going to unfairly hold people accountable for it. Overall this place was a great stay, and I hope it thrives. I also hope other properties catch on.

*Honest review from a family of Four: We have some Pros and Cons and it depends on what you're looking for. No office, nobody to check you in, it's all online but it wasn't hard to do. Therefore, no free breakfast and no coffee anytime you want like most hotels. No elevators for all your luggage. If you need anything specific, you'll have to call the Circle hotel for help.
The hotel is clean. Our room was a bit small compared to their other hotel (Circle Hotel) but this hotel is more updated. Lots of places to plug in your electronics and drawers to put your clothes away. They do provide a cute espresso machine. However, the room lacked a fridge and a simple microwave. If you want to heat something up and need ice, there is a lounge on the third floor which we did. The microwave is shared with the whole hotel, so of course it smelled like reheated fish when we went to use it. The lounge was fun for my kids to escape to though. In addition, there is seating on the third floor outside the lounge if you want to get some sun, read a book etc.
The walls are thin and we could hear people walk around at 2am upstairs and the people next to us going in and out. The soap and shampoo dispenser fell off the wall around 3am and exploded into the tub which scared my 4 year old, and us half to death. The restaurant Barcelona Wine Bar located in the hotel seemed nice but unfortunately we didn't have time to check it out. Also, they did say we could use the pool at the Circle Hotel if we wanted too. It's hard to say if we would come here instead of Circle Hotel, but we will give it another try.

If I could have rated lower than 1 star I would have. Rooms are terrible. Two broken lampshades, conditioner leaking all over tub, safe not working, carpet filthy and three flat pillows on the bed. Asked room attendant for extra pillows and at first she didn't have but did return with three pillows so that is why I gave 5 stars for service. Very noisy at night between noise from traffic and drunk people. Don't waste you money staying here.....

Denied me my approved refund even though they sent me a form saying it was approved and I can reschedule my duplicate stay.

Horrible experience after using their hotel 10+ times. I hope that money was worth it

If you have a toddler who likes fire trucks this might be a fun place to stay. There is obnoxious signage all over the room warning you that the system is easily triggered. I took a shower and promptly ran out of the bathroom and shut the door quickly as instructed by the sign. Then The alarms. Then The 4 fire vehicles and personnel. Then the wait. Then the explanation that it happens daily and the town doesn’t fine them. Very strange hotel. Only chose for location to event. Beds fine. Very overpriced at 274 on the night I needed to stay. Choose a chain next time that has actual people on site to clean and assist!!

Absolutely would not book this place again. NO MINI FRIDGES IN ROOM
No ice machine NO STAFF ON SITE If you book 3rd party like I did, you have to call them and give them your email to get a code to unlock your room door. Nothing said anything about there being no staff on site or contactless check in/out. I called and called and nobody answered the phone on either phone line, it took me 30 to 45 minutes to reach someone for help. I am stuck here now because I got the nonrefundable pricing. I am a trucker and all of my food I was trying to save went bad in my cooler because there was no fridge. Apparently the shower steam will set off the fire alarms too? The AC unit also screams like an airplane engine at night. This is an absolute nightmare hotel, do not stay here. There should always be staff on board for a hotel, this is ridiculous.

The room is nice. The first two nights were OK quiet in the morning. I had my coffee on the third night I came in and my coffee cup was still on the tray from in the morning. I called the office and spoke with Brian and he informed me that housekeeping doesn’t take care of my coffee cup, and I explained to him that that was the coffee cup that’s left in the room with the espresso coffee maker that they give us for coffee in the morning, couldn’t understand there was nothing that he could do for me and tomorrow morning I would not have coffee never once said I’m sorry housekeeping missed taking the dishes and bringing you pods for fresh coffee just that’s nothing. I can do so besides that it seems to be a nice place. I guess the basic understanding of room Service and customer service is being misinterpreted somewhere on this line but definitely worth the money
