Owner was extremely rude. He told me in a very high pitched, whiny nasally adolescent-feminine voice to leave by saying “thank you” three times in the rudest snappiest way possible. Lol I’m glad I only spent $2.00 there.

Not to mention the prices are at least twice what they should be even for a convenience store. There are several other better competitors within a half mile walking distance. Choose anyone of them.

I usually enjoy shopping at this store, but today's experience has made me decide never to shop at Joes again. I stopped by Joes on my way home at 11:40 PM. According to their store hours, they are open until 12:00 AM on Fridays. As I was browsing the drink section, the employee at the front turned off all the lights in the store and started to lock the doors, even though the store was supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I then took my drink to the front counter and placed it there, intending to also pick out some chips as a snack. But as I was looking at the chips, the employee, who had not said a word to me the entire time, passively said "we're closed." When I asked why he didn't tell me when I came in, he replied rudely, "you had time, but now you don't, so do you want the drink or not?" I declined and left. I was shocked by the employee's behavior - not only did he not greet me, but he also tried to rush me out when the store was still supposed to be open for another 20 minutes. I feel strongly about this and have decided not to support this business again. As a business owner myself, I strongly advise the ownership of this store to reconsider employing such a rude individual, as it will only hurt business. I am willing to update my review if the employee apologizes but he must be held accountable.

I had a bad experience in that store as the person who supposedly works there is not very helpful and doesn't know where anything is. I asked for a couple things and he decided to ignore us by pretending he wasn't listening, however he did listen to his friend while they joke in Spanish with topics about skin color by using words like "guero" . Even if a store has everything the costumer service is 80%.

Gam Exterminating

Called to Speak to the Manager an a rude lady answered the phone an said I couldn't speak to the manager. I asked if he was there, and she said yes, but you can't speak to him. Este es el problema con los negocios, ya cuando creecen un poco pasa esto. Buena suerte.

Great convenient store and very chill owner. Come here every few days. Some items are very expensive while others seem reasonably priced. Need to look for the good ones. Overall served its purpose, convenient, always open and close

JTM is uniquely intimate. It's located in a newly developed 'Arts district'. They carry everything from personal hygiene to alcohol. They are reasonably priced when compared to other similar enterprises. The clerks are personable which ads to the comfortable atmosphere. It's worth the trip. They even let my dog inside.

June 2, 2018. Expired food with a lot of mold in it! When I brought the expired food to the cashier and informed him about dozens of expired food and asked to remove it he began to yell at me. Stay away from this store if you don’t want to finish your day in the hospital with food poisoning. Pictures attached.
