The customer service was alright, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of care, or effort on the part of the technician performing the service and rotate. There was oil spilled on top of the engine, and oil residue left underneath the vehicle. The oil was in enough quantity that it was leaving drops on the ground as I walked out to my car. They were closing soon, and busy, so I didn’t really want to hold them up any longer, or possibly cause anymore headache (for myself or them). So I stopped and got some cleaner. I cleaned as much of it myself as possible. I also noticed that most of the check over sheet was also barely filled out. All I can hope for is that they see this and take care to avoid this kind of negligence for people’s cars, in the future.

zero stars, I'm waiting on the side of the interstate for 2 hours while my wife is waiting for someone to test mt battery that's under warranty. We called prior to arriving and was meant with immediate hesitation says it takes them a lot of hoops to go through to return a battery. Do you job and go through the hoops...we want service not the agony of having to do your job.

Our Ford Explorer has effectively been sitting at a storage unit since we got it. While driving it home from Kent Parsons, an annoying loud buzzer went off. I called - they said the sale was as it (2009 Explorer). I was like I literally just got home. I brought it back in and the noise went away, for 3 days. 2.5 years later, the noise still comes on. Sometimes multiple times when you even drive it a short distance. The muffler fell off while I was getting gas. That was pretty awesome. We were having issues the alignment or something, took it to a mechanic and there was a part of the rotor that was installed that completely the wrong size. Worst purchase ever.

Terrible customer service. Every time they said they would call me back they never do. I call back and they tell me I’ll get a call back from my advisor that never comes. I had my Escape in for routine service and they didn’t even inflate the tires back up to the recommended psi. Would not recommend doing service here and I will never come back here.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Kent Parsons. The sales team was very nice and didn't pressure us at all. I love the small town feel of this dealership and the fact they were easy to work with. During the whole process they made me feel like I was important.I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a new/used vehicle.

I called Kent Parson’s Ford to bring my car in for service. I had to get it towed in and could not schedule it online because the first appointment window was a week. I had no problem with that but the car was on the side of the road. I didn’t want to get it towed home and then have to tow it again to the dealership. I called early in the morning and was told I’d get a call back. No call. Called the next day. I was told the message was marked urgent and I’d get a call back. Never heard from them. Finally called Hagerstown Ford. I spoke with someone and was able to get the car towed there that day and they repaired my car with no fuss. I get that service areas at dealerships are busy but to not even get a call back? Unacceptable.

My truck has been in the shop for four weeks now, it is damaged beyond control and they’re blaming on my tires as I have top-of-the-line BFGoodrich on there. They’ve led me on and led Ford on to say it was my tires, but in the meantime, they replaced My rear opinion, seal, my steering arm three batteries, front steering arm, now my brakes and rotors are smoking, and they refuse to accept responsibility for the damage. If all possible, do not take your truck or vehicle to this establishment or they will lead you on and let it sit in the parking lot for weeks at a time with no desire to fix it as they push you out to another dealership because of the incompetence of the dealership as well as the incompetence of the service department, as well as Trevor the service manager as well as Mr. Parsons . A meeting was held prior to this statement and continued to push it off on the customer as it’s their fault as the incompetence they cannot fix the problem. Please do your research before going to the establishment
