Oh my goodness this market is like no other market I have ever seen. They have a large variety of produce I have not seen in other markets. They also have a variety of seafood. The grocery aisles are always stocked well. Other than cashiers who are always polite and efficient, I haven’t interacted with staff. The store is always clean & the aisles are clear.
The is plenty of parking spaces and they have handicap parking.

Lotte Market is a newly opened Asian supermarket located on Bruce B Downs, and it's quickly become one of our go-to spots for authentic Asian ingredients. The store offers a wide range of Asian products, including an impressive selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, many of which are staples in Asian cuisine.

One of the standout features of Lotte Market is its meat and seafood selection. They offer a variety of fresh meats and fish, and we've consistently found the seafood to be particularly fresh, making it a great choice for anyone looking to prepare authentic Asian dishes at home.

Another perk is the small food court inside the market. They serve a variety of Asian dishes, and it's perfect for grabbing a quick bite before or after doing your grocery shopping. It's convenient to sit down and enjoy some authentic food while taking a break from browsing the aisles.

However, one drawback we've noticed is the language barrier. Some of the staff members have limited English proficiency, which can make it a bit challenging to communicate specific requests or questions about certain products.

Second time there. Stopped by the Korean beauty section and Sophia was very helpful! She was personable snd knowledgeable in the products both Korean and non Korean beauty. I could tell she actually cared about our skin health and asked what products I currently use, my problems, and my goals.

The food court was great! Had something from the bakery, boba tea, and wings. It was easy to navigate and staff were available to answer questions about the menu if needed. The food was fresh and tasty.

This place is awesome. I didnt even know it existed until someone told me about it a few days ago. It's a super market, but it also has a small food court, Koren beauty supplies and bakery. The place was so clean, we went mid day on a Sunday and there were a lot of working wiping surfaces and sweeping. All of the food looked like it was in great condition. There were so many interesting foods we have never even heard off so we grabbed a bunch of random stuff to try. We left with 3 bags and spent $54. The prices were actually pretty good. I would definitely come here again, it's a fun place to walk around for a while.

We visited this market and I have to say, it is big. We didn’t get a chance to walk the entire thing because we were short on time but we will be back. Now, we were hungry so we did stop at the cafeteria to eat and people, it’s a little pricey. I’m used to Hmart prices so I may be a little bias but $22-23 for a bento box is crazy. The food was good and the service quick after kiosk ordering but I just can’t get over the food prices. However we will go back solely for the grocery side.

I was blown away by how big the produce was at this market. The market was clean and offered a lot of options. I especially loved the Korean section with its side dishes. I would gladly visit again in the future.

As Taiwanese, I find this large supermarket perfect for meeting my daily needs for chinese cuisine. They offer a wide range of sauces, specialty cuts of meat, seafood, and pickled products. However, compared to American supermarkets like Walmart, their prices are generally higher. For example, while fruits can sometimes be very affordable, like cherries at $2 per pound, most meats are typically over $1 per pound more expensive. Nonetheless, the meats here are often well-marinated or cleanly processed. Overall, if you're looking for ingredients or products for Chinese, korean, or Japanese cuisine, I highly recommend this place. It is cheaper than smaller Asian supermarkets and offers a more expensive selection of goods.
