If I may say if you can link your costumers (end-users) reviews to your Goggle map reviews .. This should help your future customers (end-users) to see what customer using your equipment think. Social media is now playing a big part on swaying customers decisions.

If I may point out it looks like you need a strong change manager - VP of Sales and Marketing to help the US perception of your products. I viewed your website and you have great looking equipment but if the ball is dropping by the team you will move backwards.

This companies parts and service support is a joke. I have owned car washes for 16 years and recently upgraded my touchless automatic to a new Mark vii. I chose the company because they are located in my home state and thought that parts and service would be excellent. Boy was I wrong. Parts never answers there phone, nor do they return messages. You would think since they built the unit they would know their own parts numbers. Wrong. I have to do all the work for them and dig the numbers out of the manual, which is very unuser friendly. Also, the user interface for the controller in the bay is anything but user friendly. The software is written in engineering code, not in user friendly drop down menus for the car wash operator. I was told to respond to parts with emails so there is a record of the request. OK I can do that. Guess what, took 2 days to get an email response back. That doesnt work when you need a part sent ASAP! All of this cost me money, time, and frustration. I expect way more for my $130K investment. I now look for as many parts as I can on sites like Kleen-rite, which are excellent. I looked for reviews when I was sholpping for new equipment, but there was none on this company. I normally dont write bad reviews, but this company has got to wake up and get serious about product support. It is not rocket science.

Dear Carwash Owners

Do not buy Mark 7 Carwash Machine. I am waiting a Top Brush Drive Motor for 7 days and counting more, while I am closed down.

I heard the dealers who service this machine can not keep in inventory because of the Mark7 Car wash company does not provide any meaningful warranty for parts.

Again, Do not buy this MARK 7 !!!!!

I love Mark VII equipment! I hope they replace the broken car wash systems with these Choice washes and Soft washes in the Albuquerque area.
