This place deserves a rating of 5! But most people are upset either due to the unnecessary expensive pricing or the rude customer service... my experience was not bad as I was able to find all kinds of vegan and vegetarian tasty foods/snacks? along with many unique flavors of drinks! It's a great supermarket to buy one thing or two but not the place I would go to every week/day to stock up on groceries. The cashier I got wasn't rude to me at all, so you won't find everyone here treating you badly 🙂

A great supermarket close to Columbia University. Good on vegetables and fruits, fairly good also on bread. A good selection on juices and soft drinks. They have ready made dinners. Exclusive sweets and chocolates. Easy to find healthy food. Open 24/7

Convenient market with a superfluous and stocked supply. However, to impart and purport succinctly, everything is a bit overpriced (deviously contrived to take advantage the lack of competition in the surrounding areas and the need of the university students here) and it should've been my intuition not to buy the $8+ vegetable fried rice from the deli there. It was acutely stale, sour, bland, and lukewarm. It was ominous and I had to coerce myself into eating it. The store's layout was also unnecessarily convoluted and abstruse; it was very hard and complex to navigate. I had an ungainly (uneasy) experience there and would not be back. The pragmatic solution is to go to a local grocery store elsewhere.

이것은 믿을수가 없습니다. 평소에 저렴한 물건이 많아서 종종 이용하였지만, 최근에 산 양파는 겉은 멀쩡해도 속이 다 썩고 부패하였다. 양파의 심지는 이미 검게 물들었습니다. 총 3개 중에 썩은 양파는 전부였다. 사지 않았던 다른 다른 양파들도 이미 싹이 나고 있어서, 그것은 마치 울창한 양파 밭 같았다. 주인과 점원들은 식료품의 신선도에 더 신경써야할 것 입니다.

The tally clerk in the yogurt section of this store is very strange, staring at you in an uncomfortable way and scanning up and down. The first time was in the winter, when he was tallling the goods, and I was in the nearby juice area to see which one to buy, he may have sensed someone next to him, looked me up and down, and shook his head.

The second time I was in the cheese section, he was next to me, and he looked back at me, and I looked back to express my doubts, and he turned back to tally

Today, he was in the yogurt section, and I was looking at what yogurt to buy. I was kind of standing behind him this time, and he looked over his shoulder at me and the plastic bag I was carrying, and then he pulled his truck in front of me and put a gap between me and the yogurt counter...

It's extremely bad and it still works only because there are no competitors. Rude personnel and wrong price tags. Prices are ridiculous too

Ever since I went to Columbia University in the 1990s, I have great experiences at Morton Williams. From the fresh fruits and vegetables to the friendly cashiers, it's a nice place to shop.
