My appointment was at 2 PM. I got there at exactly 1:20 PM because they asked me to be there 30 minutes early. I was way before time and I’m claustrophobic took my medication that my doctor prescribed me that I was ready for my MRI so I was there from 120 until after 4 o’clock. I told the technicians that I have restless leg syndrome as well as neuropathy in my leg cannot be touched because it caused me a stream pain that I thought I would be done by that time for me to take my medication for the pain then they trying to make it seem like I’m the bad person I have never in my life since I’ve been sick since the year of 2017 been treated with so much disrespect in my life of 44 years young and I’m a biracial child and I’ve been said some real bad things to me, but I thought that as a healthcare professional Being a doctor nurse technician, physical assistant, ultrasound technician MRI technician that you supposed to be hold to the top notch of empathy when it comes to a patient I would never come back to this place and I wouldn’t even bring a flea to get it MRI because I know the fleas would be respected as well

My wife called and asked if she could come earlier due to the distance from our house. Front desk staff told us yes, you can be seen once a slot becomes available. We ask whats the probability is since we dont mind coming in at our actual time. The staff said, "Just get here." It's 430pm and still waiting to be seen. Wife is 37 weeks pregnant, and this prolonged waiting has been causing her pain. If it wasn't bc this mri is needed for birth, I would have walked out and never came back here. The machine goes down, and they have over book appointments.

The worst service ever! My mother had an appointment at 4:45pm, they called her like 3 times the day before for her to be 30 min before. We got to the location at 4pm and they got her in. One hour pass, 2 hours and nothing they said to her at 6pm the machine will be ready, 6:15 now they said at 6:30 what’s wrong with this people why even make an appointment why you make and older person that’s sick wait this long....this is insane 😡😡😡 if you can go to another place for an MRI try to go.
