Nie polecam Panią która dzisiaj o gdziinie 15:00 (27.10.2023) sprzedawała bilety w kasie nie zna się na swojej pracy prosiłem o taryfę wspólny bilet który jest tańszy to pani nie wiedziała co to jest i chciała mi sprzedać droższy o 10 zł niby nie majątek ale w tych czasach wszystko się liczy.
Dodam że nie raz kupowałem w Namyslowie taki bilet w tej ofercie
Powinni ja wysłać na szkolenie obsługi kas biletowych i wprowadzania ofert.

Przy stacji parking dla samochodów osobowych . Którzy czekają na podróżnych. Do 3 minut. Stacja ciepła ale zamykana wieczorem .

Po zapytaniu o wymianę pieniędzy (drobnych) by dostać się do toalety pani sprzedająca bilety zaczęła się wydzierać ,że "wam młodym to się wydaje ,że wszystko się wam należy, po mieście chodzicie , nie potraficie pieniędzy wymienić" po czym rzuciła 2 złote do "kieszonki" wielce oburzona, obsługa na poziomie prl'u

Dworzec ładnie zadbany,czysty.Jeden z nielicznych dworców kolejowych na których można zjeść ciepły posiłek i wypić gorącą herbatę.To teraz rzadkość w naszym kraju.
