Our salesman, Pepe, was great! However, it seems that the used cars aren’t checked on a regular basis. We test drove 4 jeeps. Of those 4, 2 had to be jumped-started,m. One of those two had to be jump-started not once, but twice. Then the one we really wanted to test drive had missing keys. We ended up test driving the one we purchased at least 3 hours after we arrived, maybe longer. They couldn’t give us what we had hoped for trade, but that was okay. We ended-up being at dealership for 8 hours and left with a loaner, not our purchase. This is due to a sway bar warning indicator light, which should have been looked at prior to our arrival (we live 70 miles from dealership). I had planned this appointment in advance. Overall, it seems the used inventory should be monitored better. Communication between schedulers and staff needs to be more effective. We wasted hours of our time on our day off due to lack of organizational and planning preparation on dealerships behalf. The staff is wonderful, but “behind the scenes” needs attention.

An update to my original post which was one star. Attempted to purchase a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 for my son's 16th birthday. We found a very nice Sierra 1500, worked the deal complete with an online credit app and approval and committed to the price. I asked the original salesman to send us the paperwork to finish the deal. Then...he went dark and the truck was sold from under us to another buyer who then didn't qualify. The original salesperson we were dealing with didn't call us to inform me that the other deal fell through. The next week, I found out by email through cars.com notification of a "price drop" for a vehicle I was interested in. So, I opened the email and to my surprise the exact truck was put back on their website and was back for sale. I called the next morning and was greeted by Frank. We spoke briefly about the truck (didn't inform him of the debacle) and he was a rock star! He immediately tracked down the truck and found out what was going on. He called.me back within 10 minutes and told me the truck was available. I put a deposit down right away and Frank took it from there. Due to the busy day, it took sometime to get the deal complete but Frank stayed in constant contact with me. We finally finished the deal around 10 pm....two hours after they closed. This was due to Chris (a finance manager) who stayed late to finish the deal. He even called me at halftime of my sons basketball game and worked with me to close the deal. At one point, he called chase bank (with me on the speaker phone with him and chase) at 930 at night to make sure the rate was good so he could finish up. Chris and Frank were awesome and it was important to them to correct what started as a bad experience, and turned it into a good one. If you're looking for a clean car deal ask for Frank and then Chris. Thanks guys you

Don Edwards is one of the best representatives you can find if you need/want to buy/lease a new vehicle. He made the process quite simple, very efficient, and he show flexibility by accommodating to my circumstances and communicating with me via text and email outside normal business hours. Sales rep was James Shepard. Very personable, listened to our needs/wants, provided great service. Sales Mgr Sean, personable, responsive, have us a fair amount for our trade. George Finance mgr, personable and explained everything well. Wish it hadn’t taken four hours but overall a very good experience and we got a nice vehicle at a reasonable price.

We had the best car buying experience ever! Riley and James were the absolute best. We live 4 hours away from Tucson and Riley went out of her way to answer questions we had about the truck when we called the night before we decided to drive down, which was a BIG reason we decided to make the 4-hour drive to look at a truck. When we got there, the truck had been washed and detailed and was ready to go for a test drive. As soon as we test drove it, we knew it was the one and started the paperwork. James and Riley answered all the questions we had and were very knowledgeable. The finance department worked with us and where we wanted our payments to be and got us a great rate. Everyone we worked with was super nice and friendly, and I highly recommend buying a car from Quebedeaux Buick-GMC.
