I ordered takeout from here yesterday and got the make your own sushi bowl. I like that they have the sushi bowl which is slightly less than the poke bowl because it’s the perfect portion size. I also loved the design of container it comes in.

My only issue is that the food was slightly too salty for me but not overwhelmingly and they didn’t add the proper flakes on top of the bowl, which honestly isn’t that big a deal.

The rice wasn't cooked all the way.. it was hard and almost inedible. I asked for the sauces to be on the side and they didnt give any let alone on top of the dish. Unfortunately i took it to go so returning it wasnt feasible. I powered through it and mow my gums are sore. Service was ok, more of a self service type environment where you pay at a kiosk so it can take a long time depending on who's at the kiosk.. feels like waiting at an ATM. Atmosphere is ok however not a good setup for a line of 6 ppl where your standing next to other people's tables. Place is meh.

Sus-Hi has always been a favorite of mine, and when I was student at UCF I remember that there was only 1 dojo In Orlando. I am glad to see that the restaurant has expanded to other locations in Orange County and hope to one day see them expand to other areas in Florida.

I came in and was amazed on how they staff are super friendly and will greet you and dismiss you in a very ninja fashion which bring character to the dojo. I knew to order the krab ragoons as they have been a favorite of mine, but I didn’t know what bowl to get (it’s been a while) so I looked at the the menu and saw Party in My Mouth Bowl being featured as a popular item. I know I had to try it so I order one. What was different than what I had remember is that once you place your order you are to take a seat, I used to be able to tell the ninja what I wanted and see my bowl get created in front of me, but with the restaurant being digital that’s no longer the case.

The bowl was delicious! And it definitely was a party in my mouth. I liked the crunchiness of the tempura chicken and the sweetness of the avocado. Both combined and man they sure did an excellent job.

If you are into theme restaurants and want one of Orlando’s most unique sushi experiences come by the dojo, you won’t regret it.

Spent $14 on one sushi roll- the Lava Burst (The Rice was dry. It was so poorly made (I watched he young man make it). It was cheap and not fresh ingredients & for the price, I was expecting fresh food at the least.

The boxes are super cute. That was probably the only good part of the experience honestly ?

I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering at the wrong sus-hi location, and I can say with 100% certainty that I will never visit this restaurant again mistakenly or intentionally. I initially went to my normal location on colonial but realized I needed to go to the millennia location. I arrived to pick up my order after the restaurant had already closed, but my order was completed and sitting in the to-go area. I knocked on the door multiple times to notice the staff of about five employees blatantly ignoring me, they would go out of their way to avoid eye contact with me, and if they did make eye contact with me, they would quickly look away. I called the restaurant four or five times back to back and at one point in time, they must have simply taken the phone off the hook because it gave me a busy signal , I decided to knock on the door continuously for about a minute straight and the staff still continue to ignore me while my food sat on the shelf. After calling the store three more times, on the third attempt someone answered the phone and I was able to explain to them that I had placed it to go order at which point they begrudgingly grabbed my food and brought it to the door. I take 100% ownership for the fact that I placed the order to the wrong restaurant and therefore ended up arriving after closing time but the way I was treated by the staff was ridiculous. I was not asking for anything extra. I did not even need to step foot inside the store to dirty up the floors seeing as they were obviously cleaning, I simply wanted the order that I placed and paid for.

Rolls are made fresh and taste so delicious. The build the roll yourself feature is a plus. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
