During my C-section Dr.Selman was the doctor on call during my last day in the hospital. At this time my newborn baby girl was in the NICU and I was in severe pain. Not ONE time did she physically see me or speak to me. I requested to stay until Friday morning instead of be discharged on Thursday evening due to my pain levels and at the advice of my new baby’s NICU doctor so we could leave the hospital together. I was uncomfortable leaving the way I was feeling. She refused to speak to me and refused to allow the additional time necessary for my recovery and for my baby to receive the continued care alongside me. Horrible doctor and truly painful experience in every way because of her.

Had the worst experience.I was having some minor issues in my pregnancy and couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over 4 weeks. Wen I finally had my next appointment I told her I had been calling and calling for over a month. And that’s when She dropped me as a patient with no explanation.And this is after I waited over 2 hours to b seen by her. she didn’t give me any referrals for a new dr I was almost halfway through my pregnancy and couldn’t find a new dr and she was no help. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. And her wait time is crazy!!! Literally a nightmare.

Dr Selman is the best i have been going to her for 5 years now since i was pregnant she understands me well and answers all questions. if i have to wait when i go i understand there maybe something going on with the patient before me and she is not doing it on purpose. her nurse is awesome as well, when i make dr appointments i get in the same week normally and the front desk always call to remind me of my appointments . i wouldnt trade her for nothing ! " the office is super friendly and great "

I delivered my son helped by Dr Selman and I must thank her for all the patience that she had. My labor was 18 hours and she was supportive and helped me to have a healthy, short and normal delivery. Even though I was a long time in labor she didn’t pushed me for c-section. I had the best experience under her care! Thank you dr!

Took a day off from work to bring my wife here for a 1:15 appointment.
Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to move from the outside waiting room to an inside room to wait for the Dr who showed up 35 minutes after.
The staff excuse is that they are backed up.
This is the second visit here and the first one last year was just as bad.
Doctors have no respect for patient's time.
My wife will be changing OBGYN's for sure.
Utterly disgusting.

Dr. Carmen Selman was recommended to me by a colleague. This was after I had gone to see two other OBGYNs and had gotten the worst service ever! It was so easy to get an appointment with Dr. Selman and when you leave a message, someone actually returns your call!!!!!! Dr. Selman is a great listener and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone!!! This was my first visit and I was very pleased.

This doctor is a lazy angry woman. She will not listen to your issue.. Will get mad at you and will make fun of you with her PA. I can't stand her and her office staff they are rude .. please go somewhere else... Zero star for this doctor and her staff..
